Do you have any other security application installed in your PC?

No messages. Just red triangles agaunst one of my my email addresses. To receive emaisl I have to turn off email shield and then download emails.

Not managed to find the version but as I renewed in December I assume it must be the latest. Just have the normal Windows 10 protection which does not seem to interfere with my email. I still have to turn off email shield to download emaols.
