Please be informed that we where having this issue in the previous version of AVG. But in the new Built 16.61.7539 issues like “link scanner not scanning” and “IE blocked by AVG” has been fixed. We request you to update your AVG and check whether the issue has been sorted out.

Hi, please help, it appears my Avg  protection software is stopping me accessing Internet Explorer 11.
The only way I can access Explorer is by temporarily disabling AVG protection in advance settings.
All was working correctly until recently. Thank you
