First, please mention the name(s) of the AVG program(s) installed in your computer and elaborate how you reached the conclusion that your computer is infected. Did you receive any threat messages from AVG?
If yes, please share us a screenshot of that threat message, so that we can check & help you accordingly.

Second, if you didn't receive any threat pop-ups from AVG, please let us know how you found the virus in your computer.
