I see that you have two active subscriptions of AVG PC TuneUp valid till 2018.10.5 and 2017.11.30. If you have purchased from third party website, please check the email from the third party support.
My Internet security exspired in September. I purchased my new one in October.
I have been in hospital for an operation and lost the emails to download and activate with my new licence number. Can you please send me my new licence?

I do not understand why i have 2 tune ups and no record of my internet security.
I pay through Paypal as an automatic debit every year.
