Antivirus or spyware

I suggest you to run your pc in safe mode and then uninstall AVG PC TuneUp and AVG Internet Security from your pc and then restart your pc in normal mode. If the issue still persist then the issue is not with AVG and we request you to contact Microsoft support for help.

I am unable to login to my pc, message 'User profile service failed the logon', so now I am in safe mode. When I run the AVG tuneup  'No antivirus program is active' & 'No anti-spyware program is enabled' occurs in the PC Health section & I'm unable to fix them. My contract with AVG runs out in Jan/Feb.  Please please please could someone help.
