Could you share the screenshot https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlName=How-to-create-a-screenshot&supportType=home of proof of purchase where you have been charged for AVG to check and assist you further?
I have received an account from GooglePlay which has been paid automatically from my account for US$6.99 for this product. While I have been using your Free Antivirus for sometime, I have not requested an update and do not require it. This was an automated billing and I do not wish this subscription to continue. Further I request a refund of the US$6.99 to my GooglePlat account.
It looks as if an old email address jockxxxx@vodafone.co.nz may have been used. However this does not have a profile on the Avast Community network and an application for a forgotten password provides the reply "email unknown"
