Antivirus subscription renewed without my consent

We can assure you that we have not processed any unauthorized payments from your card or account. We sent a pre-billing notification prior 30 days of subscription's expiry.

Hi,
I noticed that you have renewed antivirus subscription for 2 yrs and deducted money from my credit card without my consent.

Please note, I am not interested to renew this subscription, so please reverse the transaction at the earliest and delete my details from your record.

We cancelled auto-renewal service for your subscriptions and no charges will be taken in future.
