Antivirus to revert back to free version when I have paid for 2 years

I have read that in 2016 the problem of having a paid full AVG account goes back to the free version asking for paying again.  we are now in 2019…this should have been resolved long time ago.  honestly I have sad to see that AVG is not responding to this major issue. also, getting support is near to nothing.

my subscription will expire in 2020, 04.  unless I don't understand correctly the process of paying for 2 years, why would the subscription goes back to the free version?   very anoying and disapointing.  I hope someone will get back to me with a message other than asking me to uninstall and reinstall with the 2016 version…i've been doing it this every 2 weeks for few months… 

SERIOUSLY AVG should be on this problem and resolve it asap.
