The latest software version 22.8.3250 (build 22.8.7500.439) disabled my Microsoft Outlook email access. A second computer without that update still works fine.
"Receiving reported error (0x800CCC1A) Your server does not support the connection encryption type you have specified etc"

In the recent update, we see that some of the users are facing issue with accessing email client when AVG Internet Security is active. First we need to check whether AVG Internet Security causing this issue. Could you please disable email shield once and check whether you can access email client?
