Are you able to access Aol mail when AVG is temporarily disabled? Do you have AVG Antivirus Free version on your device? Let us know if you have optimized your PC using AVG Tuneup.
Right Click on AVG icon under System Tray next to clock and turn off your Protection to disable it.
