Discord is being blocked for URL:Blacklist. Hard to believe there are issues with Discord.

Please add the detected Discord website to the AVG exception list as mentioned in this article & check if the issue persists.
If it does persist, we'd request you to temporarily disable your AVG Antivirus Free, download the setup file for Discord & then enable the Antivirus.
