We could see that you got some error messages and permission for downloading the program, was it from AVG?
Please refer the following article and disable the AVG Internet Security then check for the issue again https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Disable-AVG-Antivirus
If the issue persist, disable the VPN and check for the issue.

Hello,
I had an app on my computer last week that suddenly seems to have disappeard.
When I try to download it again, I various things happen from getting error messages about permissions to it downloading, then just not starting and when I go to the programs folder the only application in there is the Uninstall.
I sought help from their support who said that AVG has suddenly changed something and it is prob due to my antivirus?
Would appreciate any help
