Apparently you have fixed the issue but I have had zero notification on how to apply it

I see you are notifying some people that you have fixed the issues with Microsoft Office and PDF files that your recent June 10 update corrupted.
I am extremely disappointed that I had to learn of this ‘fix’ in a chat forum and not directly in an email from yourself.
This is dreadful service particularly for those of us relying on these products to conduct business .
I refer to one of your posts below to someone else.
Please provide details of the fix immediately by direct email.

This isn't the experience we want you to have. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.
There was an issue with the recent release (version 20.1), which has been already fixed.
To apply the fix on your computer, we request you to reinstall AVG Tuneup.
As it isn't recommended to share the license info over this post, we've sent you the activation code via email.
