I only use standard products and I am not sure I like remote support and someone "patcing" my software remotely.

I am afraid it still doesn’t work. It is only working with the switch “mail shield” turned off. After restarting with this switch turned off the mail content appears again.

I have a subscription for AVG internet security. Since I installed Mac OS Monterey only the headings of my mails are loaded, but the content is not loaded. I disabled the AVG mail shield and everything appears again. I hope the next update will solve this problem, because the mail shield was one of the reasons to have a AVG subscription.

We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
We're aware of this issue and it has been reported to the developers. We are working hard to get this sorted as soon as possible.
The only workaround is turning the email shield off for now. We will do our best to get this sorted at the earliest.
