I was having lots of problems with the bodies of Apple Mail items not showing up for five or ten minutes. I looked everywhere for the solution, and discovered that if I turn off File Shield, the problem goes away. This happens always, and if File Shield is never on, I never get that problem with Apple Mail. Is there a fix for this, or should I abandon File Shield?
