Hi Tom.
Do you mean you need help to wake the programs that were put to sleep using AVG TuneUp?
If yes, follow the steps below.

Open AVG TuneUp, click Speed Up tile.
Then click Background applications and programs.
It will open a list of programs.
Scroll down to that list and you see the list of programs that were put to sleep.
Click Wake next to each program to wake them.

I was recently given a list of apps by AVG security that slow down opening up my computer. I selected a few to put to sleep. I do I restore them to "normal" and therefore slow down my computer opening a little?
