Application set to "Block" in Firewall have been cleared

Updated today, 2/17/2022, to version 22.1.3219-build 22.1.6921.709.
After the restart I found that ALL the applications, in the Enhanced Firewall, that were set to "Block" have been cleared.
There are NO applications set to "Block". I now have to manually re-enter all of these applications!!
Has anyone else experienced this problem? With the current, or past, updates?
