I have AVG ultimate, and I have successfully added my phone to my AVG network, and upgraded my phone apps to pro.
However when I try to manage my phone via the management console on my laptop all the mobile apps show as not installed…
I have tried uninstalling and re installing apps, disconnecting and reconnecting my phone from the network and logging in and out as gherkin network admin, but none seem to help…

I would like to inform you that we are aware of the issue.
Also, Zen Network has been recently removed from Android Devices as Zen has reached its EOL (End of Life) for mobile devices and hence you cannot view your Android devices from PC. Our Developers are working on it and the issue will be fixed soon.
