Archives encrypted by ransomware

We're glad to look into this & clarify.
Before proceeding, please clarify whether you use the business version of AVG Internet Security or free version.
Reason being, we're unable to find any active subscriptions under your account.

Very unfortunately I am using avg internet security edtion the following happens
1. Download definitions cannot be scanned before booting
2. There are files encrypted by ransomware, the sub-file name is HIZWVWHJ
Can you help me deal with it?
