"Asian Women in (hometown)" malware persists. How to get rid?

I'm with Tech Ed - unless you can fix this problem I don't know why I am paying. Please assure me you have fixed it before my next renewal otherwise this will be my last

I have this problem as well. Up to 20 popups in a row that I have to close even though I have the recommended settings selcted to stop popups. Drives me mad.
My paid version of AVG does not detect a problem.
I ran Malwarebytes and it found things straightaway in 1 minute as did Emergency kit scanner. The attached pic is what Malwarebytes found yet AVG detects nothing? Looks like I'm cancelling my subscription as it's a waste of money and doesn't do the job.
