I bought an AVG antivirus on 8th February 2020 for my pc. Tonight, Jan 24th, I have deleted the antivirus because it creates problems to the computer. At the very same time, you have taken from my credit card 89, 90 euros! You didn't give me the time to cancel my automatic renewal, with export date 8th February 2021, neither you sent me a previous email to tell me I was about to pay such an amount of money. I think this is very unfair, and that you should be ashamed to take the money from the people in this way, during a pandemic. I do hope you will refund me of the entire amount .
