Asking for refund seems impossible

My 60day trial ended, but I did not succeed in letting AG know the day before that I did not want a further subscription for 0ne year. After discovering this page, in vain I tried about 10 times to get this message in a fitting mailbox. My “ Abonnement: AVG TuneUp (meerdere apparaten) Bestelnummer: A GP2121502215 seems not to have been registered in the proper way. At least I could not find it, although I think I qualify for getting a refund of the “Verlengingsprijs: € 74,99 (incl. btw) voor 1 jaar, Factuurdatum: 29 maart 2026” which disappeared from my bank account (although at this same time an action tariff was offered of about € 55). Can someone point me the way to refunding within the 10 days remaining for this procedure?

(I seem to be not the only client wrestling with this problem. Cannot AVG with AI devise a better model for handling these requests?)
