Dear Sirs, I´m addressing to you for requesting :
1) refund me the collection without my authorization that you received on my Mastercard credit card from Banco Patagonia in my name: Eleonora Magalhaes on the 15th of this month of August 2024 for US$ 3.40 (US dollars);
2) I also ask that the collection that has not yet taken place and that is scheduled for september the second 2024 according to the VISA credit card issued by Banco Supervielle for the amount of US$ 3.22 be cancelled and that strangely has a charge date on my other card of the same month ( august the thirteen) as the one indicated in point 1), for not having my authorization and finally,
3) that any type of account that I may have for your services be cancelled.
