Asking to upgrade to install firewall?!

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We request you to run our AVG remover tool once and then try installing AVG Ultimate.
1) To download AVG remover tool, please click on this link: http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
2) Run the downloaded file and follow the onscreen instructions.
3) Restart your PC when the restart option is displayed on the remover tool screen.
NOTE: Once you have logged into your PC after the restart, please go to C: drive and delete the "AVG REMOVER" folder manually.

Hi,

I've got an annual subscription for AVG Ultimate. I'm trying to add another device to install AVG Ultimate and it's saying i must 'upgrade' to install the Firewall.

i remember i had this issue on my laptop but cant remember how i fixed it/fixed itself.

im signed in as admin on the 2nd laptop and ive
tried restarting etc to see if the firewall installs.

how do i install it?
