Hi all.
I had assistance from AVG a few days ago because I explained I couldn't get my head around complicated issues because I have mental illness, and a super guy assisted me remotely.
A few days after he helped me I had to take my pc to the repair shop because it crashed and they said all they could do was a factory reset… I had to accept this because I don't understand a lot of stuff!
I hope it doesn't sound too cheeky asking, but I wonder would it be possible to remotely assist me one more time?
As before, I have a free version AVG Antivirus installed but I have a licence key to complete my purchased time with Internet Security… I just cannot understand how to download the one over the other.
I also have pc tune up and Driver Updater keys which I need to load up, and its all too much for my head i'm afraid
When the Avg staff helped me last time it took him about half an hour so it would take me weeks!!
even then it wouldn't be right and I would need to keep looking for ways to troubleshoot what I had done wrong.
I hope you understand, and im embarrassed asking.
