At statup the computer is starting Watch Dog

We do understand your concern. To fix this watchdog issue, we suggest you to try this steps and see if you are able to boot up your computer in safe mode. Please unplug all the USB cables (eg: Printer, Scanner, HDD) then try to reboot the computer. While the computer reboots try pressing “Esc” or “F8” key to check whether it skips to boot screen. Once your computer gets into safe mode, please let us know and we will assist you further from there.

In an other question I saw that you have to delete an other virusprogram. But m problem is that i'M NOT ABLE TO GET IN TO THE COMPUTER. hat can I do abouth that.
