Let me help you with it. The auto renewal for your AVG Internet Security is already cancelled and that's why you can't perform this operation from your end. The license will not be renewed and no money will be taken from your account.
Once the purchase is over, credit card information will be encrypted using advanced technology software so its not possible to view/ update or delete it manually. It will be removed once the product got expired or you can delete your AVG My Account to remove all your data from AVG.
For update issue, let us know the version of AVG you have installed. Open AVG Internet Security -> About -> check its version, it should be 18.6.
