Atoumatic extend of tuneup subscription

I got a mail telling,that my subscription for tune up, wil be automaticely extend. How can I stop this

Hello George,

We have cancelled the auto renewal for one of AVG PC TuneUp 1 computer (1 year) license on your account and it expires on 14th August 2018.
You will not be charged for its renewal automatically, but will get email reminder to renew it which you can ignore if you aren't interested to renew.
