I retrieved this from the recent activity. There was a Norton logo in the top left, but I don't use their products. Felt and looked like a ransom attack, I shut down immediately. No further issues. Should have taken a screen shot, but didn't think of it.
Robert, the URL that you have provided seems to be incorrect.
Hence, we would receive 404 error when we try to access it.
