Attempted installation of PURCHASED AVG ULTIMATE

I understand the inconvenience caused, let's work together to fix this issue. The issues might be because of old/previous AVG traces.
In this case, I request you to remove AVG completely along with any previous traces using the AVG clear tool/AVG Remover tool and then do a fresh installation of AVG. This will ensure that none of the previous traces of AVG are left on your computer and you have an updated version.

After the computer reboots, you can follow the instruction to download/install/activate AVG Internet Security.

PURCHASED AVG ULTIMATE.  HAVE TRIED TWICE TO INSTALL AND WAS REWARDED WITH:  "SORRY WE RAN INTO A PROBLEM DURING INITIALIZATION.   FIND OUT WHAT MIGHT HAVE GONE WRONG: 0XE0010190:  GENERAL ERROR (0X0190)  (I DID UNINSTALL FORMER ANTIVIRUS PROGRAM. PRIOR TO THESE ATTEMPTED INSTALLATIONS)

I WOULD BE GRATEFUL FOR SUGGESTIONS!  I DID NOT HAVE THIS DIFFICULTY WITH FORMER VIRUS PROGRAM!
