Hi Preston,
We're glad to clarify this for you.
The provided order # is for the upgrade of AVG Ultimate MultiDevice at a charge $9.99, which is under your gmail account…
However, we're unable to locate the other charge $119.99. It might be under your alternate account.
As it isn't recommended to share the account/order info over this post, we've sent you an email requesting few info.

Anybody using "AVG Internet Security," got invitation Pop up to upgrade my current product to AVG Ultimate!
I had received this Pop up offer, and this invitation offer was so sweet and tempting. Of course I took the offer; while I still has one more month of "AVG Internet Security remaining period."
Everything went smooth, and now I'm a proud Ultimate user, so I thought. Next day I got an email stating my AVG gona expire soon; upgrade it. I thought AVG is confused with my older service, but
soon I was surprised by $119.99 charge automatically deduct from my account next month.
What? I have already upgraded to Ultimate and paid for it? What is this charge for? I wrote to AVG, "Dear AVG Technologies,
There's an error in date and product service.
My AVG Internet Security will expire next month, but AVG Ultimate will not expire next month, September."
But AVG insisted it was only for upgrade charge and not for subscription. This doesn't make sense at all; as you know we can try out AVG product for free, why am I charged extra for upgrade. So, I told AVG if they do not honor the Promotion Offer, I'm not interested to upgrade with $119.99.
We can buy AVG product for far less price at retail stores.
Today 9/10/20 Thursday, I'm looking through my bank statement and internet receipt I found Order (removed) Date 8/14 This receipt clearly state: AVG Ultimate (Multi-Device) - Upgrade
1-year subscription.
(Screenshot of order via Profit Drive removed)
Why on Earth AVG is Promoting the offer that they do not honor?
