Hello Derek,

I am not sure about the exact reason for this.
However, let us check whether it was due to TuneUp changes.
Perform the steps as mentioned (here) to revert the changes made by PC TuneUp.
Keep us informed about the status.

Hi there, I performed the AVG Tuneup and Virus Scan just a few days ago, and now my audio recording is not recognized by the computer. any thoughts. and yes I did the obvious driver unninstal and reinstall.
