We are sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We have cancelled the auto renewal for the AVG program in your account and it will not be auto renewed in your AVG account.

I've asked by mail to cancel Auto renew option for my subscription (AVG Ultimate) about 2 weeks ago, but didn't get any response.
