I received out of the blue an e-mail yesterday saying my subscription had auto- renewed, which is Not what I wanted,& wish it cancelled. Why cannot an e-mail be sent prior to this ,advising the upcoming renewal & giving people a chance to review their options ? Or are you too afraid you lose business if customer's had options ?
