Auto renewal and activation of internet security

From reading your question i understand that you are having a few license issues with your AVG.

First of all it may be handy for you to remove your old AVG Product from the Add/Change Programs in your control panel, this will help you start a fresh install.

After uninstalling AVG a quick and easy way to resolve this problem would be to head over to Kostenlose Antivirus-Software für PC | AVG-Virenschutz (http://www.avg.com/gb-en/download" target="_blank)
(you can click the blue underlined bit to save you from having to type the address in) this is the AVG Downloads Section, just above the search bar you should see the option "Search by your license number" if you click on that then enter your license key into the search bar it will locate the right file you need to install the product that you have a license to.

Have recently been reminded and re-reminded that my auto renewal of AVG Internet Security will/has occured and that my credit card has recieved a charge for the new two year contract. Have verified this transaction online with my credit card company. Have since recieved email reminding me to activate my new protection for two more years using the newly provided license number; however, I cannot proceed because I have no AVG icon on my desktop to click to get into the remaining procedural steps to complete the installation.  I have only 30 day to comply from 1-29-2015.  How do I proceed?
