We're sorry to know that you've decided to cancel the AVG subscription.
You'll be able to manage the subscriptions via AVG My Account.
However, we've cancelled the subscription (automatic renewal) of AVG Ultimate from our end & an email confirming the same has been sent to you.
Hence, the license will not be renewed & will expire on Jan 13, 2020. Furthermore, you can ignore the reminder emails that you might receive at the time of renewal.
