My AVG Internet Security runs out in 11 days and I was planning to unsubscribe from automatic renewal, but before I could do that I got an auto-renewal email from AVG with the new details. Only the renewal was for AVG VPN and I don't even have the AVG VPN, I have a VPN with another service. Has this kind of thing happened to anyone else?
Hi, If you could ignore the last two replies, that'd be great. I would like a refund, as it turns out my daughter thought she was being helpful and bought the VPN when it popped up on our family computer, not knowing we already have one installed. I have asked for a refund through the official channels, thank you for getting back to my query so quickly.
