Auto renewing a subscription

I completely understand your concern. From your account, I see that your AVG Ultimate subscription has been already renewed and it will expires on 2018.9.30 and also see that your AVG Ultimate automatic renewal has been turned off so your AVG Ultimate subscription will not get renewed automatically next year. If you wish to receive a refund for AVG Ultimate renewal then please subscription a refund request here (https://support.avg.com/RefundForm?l=en), there is no need to provide license number, you can provide Order ID, email address etc instead.

Hi,
I have noticed there is a pending transaction from my bank account to AVG.

I purchased a 1 year subscription on 30th September 2016 (less than 1 year ago). Obviously this is due to auto renew on 30th September 2017 (two weeks time). I have now cancelled the subscription, so would I be correct in thinking you will now cancel your request to take funds from my bank account?

PS I did try to send a Refund request with a view to stopping the pending transaction from taking place. I know that the transaction hasn't actually gone through as yet so it might not need to be done, but the Refund Request form requires a license number. The product I purchased last September (AVG Ultimate) does not have a license number from what I can see, and so this makes it impossible to send the request.
