I apologize for the inconvenience caused. This was a bug and it was fixed in the latest version of AVG (17.7.3032). Please check if you are using an older version of AVG and update it.
Open AVG Internet Security, click on Menu->About to know version of AVG installed on your PC.
If it is an older version, click on Settings under Menu, General->Update. Then click on 'Update' against both Program and Virus definitions update.
Hi, i had wrote many times in the past that AVG ultimate auto send file to be scan. The cancel button does not WORKS!
More, when the result was replied, it seems like a bug keep occupying the screen on TOP. Blocking viewing of my work.
Previously your engineer has suggested just to restart!!! I'm thinking this is rather nonreasonable…As an antivirus software causing issues to your laptop and you have to interrupt your work and do a restart because it FAIL?
