Auto shutdown after scan doesn’t work anymore

Would you be so kind to share us the screenshot of the message that you receive for better clarity?

I created a scheduled scan. I configured it to log results and shutdown pc upon completion. This worked twice. now I get a message about the UI having a really bad day.

We may need to perform a clean installation. However, before proceeding with that, we need few logs from your computer to further investigate on it.
Hence, an email including the steps to collect & upload logs has been sent to you. Please follow those steps & upload the logs. 
Once we receive it, the concerned team will analyze it & we'll help you with the steps to perform a clean installation.
