Auto Subscription renewal

Hello 

I have noticed on a relatives account they have been charged for :-

AVG Internet Security
£64.99
For 1 PC. Subscription billed yearly until canceled
Subscription Started: Aug 13, 2019 | Expires: Nov 10, 2025

The person in question is 93 yrs old and hasn't used a computer for some years so I need to cancel this recurring payment however all the numbers I am given by support do not seem to work ! Can someone help and put me in connect with a person who can actually assist please .....
