I signed up for a trial subscription for AVG Security that costs 69.99 a month, then got a notice that my trial would expire on July 18, but they would automatically charge my credit card on July 15 if I didn't cancel. So, FOR DAYS I've been trying to log in to my subscription unsubscribe, but the link has always been broken! Even today, after I got the notice I had been charged, I still cannot log in! Is this the biggest scam or what! Anyone know how I can get a refund? Anyone else having the same problem? What government agency can I report this to?
