Auto subscription

Hi Kiran,

We acknowledge your refund request.
This charges took place only because of the autorenewal which is a part of T&C which you agreed while purchasing last year.
Our system did send pre billing email reminders which also had the steps to stop the autorenewal.
However, I see that you have filed a refund request for both of the renewed subscriptions.
The Refund Team has initiated and sent an email as a confirmation.
Please check your inbox/spam for the email.

You should not deduct amount automatically from my card without my permission to provide new subscription and I am no more interested with AVG

Please revert my amount back to my card and I want to discontinue with your service is not required to me.

I am not satisfied your policy of auto deduction from my card and some info is required before doing so.

Kindly let us know when I am going to get back my full subscription amount.
