I have been trying to cancel my auto subscription for anti virus but when logging in only tune up is showing (2 lots) and I cannot get to the anti virus. How can I find it?

We cancelled auto-renewal of your active subscriptions and you will not be charged automatically in future. 

If you would like to get a refund of your recent renewal 'AVG Anti-Virus (1 computer)', please let us know.
