I have an email this morning saying my AVG Secure VPN (5 devices) has been renewed. Value $99.99 and stating that it is an annual renewal.
I took this product on 16 October 2020 for $49.99 and the invoice clearly said "1 year subscription, billed annually" order number for AVG if they are listening 20960549310
So I have been charged for renewal nine months early.
Also the annual cost had doubled to $99.99
Hopefully other uses will read this post and be warned of AVG poor or dishonest practice.
Where is there a provision to reclaim my $99.99 ?
To make matters worse there does not appear to be any provision for customers to contact AVG via email etc.
