On 12 April I was automatically debited € 35.99 for the renewal of my subscription to TuneUp.
The computer where the program was initially installed no longer exists.The invoice no. is 703-1678722 but I have no order ID.
I have now installed the program on my new computer but the program asks me to purchase again. How can I communicate to the program that I have paid?
