Automatic billing

I do not want automatic billing on any account.  I am being billed too many times.  I just got billed $99.00 yesterday for ten coverages.  I do not posses ten different phones,computers,etc.  I went into my account and indicated I wanted to unsubscribe to auto ad and the next day (yesterday) there was a charge of $99.00.  I am retired and on a fixed income.  I do not need these unexpected expenses.  Please advise!
