I have no recollection of ever purchasing a product from these people. Yet it was automatically removed, Paypal say it was a legitimate withdrawal but I have been unable to contact the company. When I have checked it says I do not have any product with them, so why have they taken £76 from my account. I am not particularly computer literate and this has been a nightmare trying to contact them. e-mails automatically returned. Whatever the product is I do not need or require it and would like a refund into my paypal account.
