We're glad to help you with this. Upon checking your account we see that you've renewed AVG Internet Security & purchased TuneUp subscriptions on 2019-05-20.
We also see that you've another subscription of TuneUp, which is valid till 2019.6.30. The automatic renewal is already disabled. Hence, you can be rest assured that there'll be no duplicate charges/subscriptions.

If you've received the email notification to renew, it might be due to the automated system error. You can ignore those emails.
If it is through the program, then you may need to activate the new subscription. Please let us know how you got the notification.

All notifications to me have been to my email address. I have activated the new subscription via the program with the Licence Number provided to me on the Confirmation Order email.

On Monday 20th May, I spoke to a Support Officer who successfully corrected my major problem. I happened to mention that my AVG PC TuneUp licence was due for renewal on 30th June, 2019. It was suggested that I could renew now, to which I agreed.  This involved the cancelling of the existing licence. (AVG Notification, Automatic Billing Stopped - #9211862010) AVG noted Your subscription has been cancelled.  
Another AVG PC TuneUp order was made on Monday 20th May. Confirmation Order #61949042400 was initiated. This will expire in June 2020.
On Friday 31st May, I was advised that my initial AVG TuneUp subscription was to expire in 29 days and was subsequently advised to renew. Having renewed the new licence with the Support Officer, it appears to be quite odd that I have to pay for this service twice. Maybe there's a communication mishap.
Can you please confirm that the Automatic Billing will not occur.

Let me make a attempt to explain this for you.

Auto-renewal was already cancelled for your AVG PC TuneUp license expiring on June 30, 2019. The e-mail you received is just a reminder and it is an automated one we used to send our customers before the expiry. This e-mail will have instructions to renew it manually if you want to.

You can ignore it and can assure you that no charges will be taken automatically for this license in future.
