Automatic Billing

I have been charged twice to renew my subscription-this is way more than I want to pay for this service and seems like an error occurred - can you clarify? Here are the 2 charges auto withdrawal from my account:

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Yes, we see that you have been charged for AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (1 year subscription) and AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (1 year subscription).

We understand your concern, when you purchase an AVG subscription (formally known as "Continuing Protection Service"), the subscription will continue until you have cancelled it. Customers will be billed 15 days prior to the start of the next subscription period. Customers will also receive an email regarding the automatic extension of their AVG subscription, 45 days prior to the start of the next subscription period.
